Cinnamon Graham Banana Pancakes (no eggs)

about 24 pancakes.

 

2 cups AP flour

1 ½ cup graham crumbs

6  tsp baking powder

¾  tsp kosher salt

2 tsp cinnamon

1 tsp ginger

4 tsp sugar   

2 cup milk

2 tsp vanilla extract

2 tbsp oil

2 tbsp water

3 bananas


Instructions:
Mix all the dry ingredients and hold.

Smash the bananas, add the wet ingredients and mix.

Add the dry ingredients to the wet and mix until just incorporated, a little lumpy is good.

Cook in a preheated pan that is set a little under half.
